CURRENT OPENINGS - OFFICE MANAGER

Envirocon Inc is searching for a result oriented individual with a strong work ethic who can manage the administrative needs of the hardscape, turf maintenance, and finance departments. Our office manager has key responsibilities with a focus on finance, customer service, administration and aiding the smooth operation of our office. This individual will work independently, consequently must be comfortable working alone for extended periods of time. Our company consists of a team of 10 employees in East Troy, Wisconsin that has been in business since 1999 providing landscape and snow/ice removal services.


RESPONSIBILITES

Finance

  • Enter bills and generate invoices
  • Input employee credit card charges, collect and record receipts

Administration

  • Maintain customer database
  • Generate service list for crew members
  • Input services rendered by turf department
  • Review truck activity through GPS system
  • Provide and collect job sheets from employees
  • Update website and maintain by participating in blog

Customer Service

  • Direct customer questions/comments to appropriate department
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding status on leads
  • Prepare customer service estimates and agreements

SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred or five plus years in an administrative role
  • Written skills – able to write professional business correspondence through letters and emails with attention to detail, excellent proofreading skills
  • Verbal communication skills – able to speak clearly and professionally to customers, vendors and employees
  • Organizational skills – able to prioritize tasks, create and administer organizational calendar
  • Mathematical skills - ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and percentages.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Need car to travel from office to shop facility (less than 3 miles)

Part-time 20 hours per week - Casual office environment with flexible work schedule
